The application provides an interface to collect travelers claims about a flight (delay, cancellation and overbooking).
The claims will be sent to a lawyer, who will process the request and claim the recompensation from the airlines companies.
At the beginning of the process and after submitting a case, the users receive a power of attorney and a payment agreement to sign for the lawyer, once signed, the lawyer start the claim process which is not included in the application.
The users of the application will get notifed about the changes in the process of theiy claims and will receive the compensation from the lawyer once the case is handeled.
The terms and conditions and data privacy and the imprint of the lawyer are mentioned and updated in the application.
